The hangers were thin, and not finished properly, protective gloss and sanding down were hit or miss. No way you could hang clothes on them without snagging. We had to return to a company in New Jersey, and after a few weeks got a refund from Macy’s. Huge waste of time.

Incomplete order, no resolution offered

The hangers I rec'd were what I expected, however next time will go to my local Home Depot store, as did not receive my full order. Despite 2 separate chats with Macy's and UPS photos showing incomplete order (over 3 weeks ago), the issue is still unresolved. These items are evidently offered by a 3rd party and Macy's has not taken any responsibility as to replacing OR refunding my money. The 3rd party has did finally email me, but has not resolved the issue and have not heard back from them now for several days. Very disappointed in Macy's and will continue to spend my time working to get my money returned.
