Please cancel!!! Thank you. I won't be in Arizona anymore when the item arrives. I love the suitcase, but I'll be back home in San Jose, California when it arrives. Again, thank you for your understanding.🙏🏾

worst bag ever

bought two of these, interior lining disintegrates and leaves black vinyl in your clothes for days. No reply from customer service to my email and no response to phone calls either. I would not even give this bag one star!

wheels gone

bought 3 of these none survived more than 2 airplane trips. Usually lost one wheel and or torn atvthe bottom by the wheel. They were great to pack but I need them to last longer.

Ripped after one use.

Ripped after one use. I tried to file a return but it was beyond the return policy because I purchased it early to use for a trip. Customer Service was not able to help because it was beyond the return dates permitted. Looks good but will not hold up in travel.

Junk

Bought this in January 2024. Halfway through first trip with this bag, the seams started coming apart and plastic inside disintegrated. Had to duct tape whole bottom to get it home. Now I realize that it contains dangerous chemical P65 as well. So sorry I wasted my money!
