I have been trying to turn return these chairs for the past month. The chairs came in the wrong size. Macy's customer service is no help. They just send you from one person to the next and most of the people do not speak English well so it's hard to communicate, the only good thing I can say about customer service is that the people are polite but not helpful at all. I've been a customer at Macy's for 25 years and I have never had this type of problem before. they will not come to pick up the items. I refuse to pay for the chairs because I tried to turn them in a timely manner. I cannot take these chairs to UPS the boxes are too large to fit in my car and I'm not going to rent a truck to return these chairs. Macy guarantee return item but for some reason they will not honor this return. They directed me to their vendor who they purchased the chairs from and told me that I have to get them to pick up the chairs but I didn't purchase the chairs from them I purchased the chairs for Macy's. So why should I have to communicate with their vendor. I will be doing business with Macy's until they take care of this problem.

Seller only sent 2 of the 3 chairs.

The chairs themselves are really nice. However we ordered a set of 3 and only 2 of them were delivered. The delivery only stated that there were 2 boxes, so we know it wasn’t lost by the delivery service. We contacted the seller (Westin trends) with no response. We then contacted macys, where they contacted the seller as well with no response. We will just continue to send emails and contact customer service. Hopefully we will get the third chair in the set at some point.

We are very happy with these counter stools. They seem well padded and comfortable and the appearance is very nice as well.

Easy to assemble! I am 54 yr old woman with a bad back and had no problem doing all by myself! They are simply beautiful - more so in person.

Love these counter stools! Decent quality. Look nice with our large kitchen island. Not too difficult to assemble.
