Cute but runs small

This jacket is well made, but runs very small. I am a size medium. I exchanged the medium for a large, and it was still to small across the shoulders. I do like the jacket, so trying a XL one last time.

Beware jacket is very small, size up

The jacket is soft and well made and very pretty. I Ordered the large because my arms are very long - the sleeves were the perfect length but I couldn’t button it because the bust area was too tight. Returned it and ordered the XL - same issue, in fact the XL seemed tighter than the L. Sizing is way off, going to return as well.
