already opened

product had been opened and packs resealed. This pack had been clearly opened and damaged. The card packs clearly resealed.

Stolen Rares

Purchased it a couple weeks ago and noticed ALL of the rares (that weren't the EX ones form the front of the box) from the booster packs were pilfered and replaced with random Common, Energy, or those cards with the Pokemon online codes (sometimes multiple) then resealed. The usual trick of putting the back card in front, so that the rare would be last didn't apply, since it was put back in a random order, as well. It's definitely a purchase I regret. Either an employee is taking advantage, or they are being taken advantage of by a customer making returns. Either way, I'm not purchasing from here, any more.

If im paying for shipping, i expect my product to arrive not beaten up on the outside. Future Christmas gifts look like they were drug across Santas Workshop floor first.

Other occasion to buy:The product was internally damaged. 3 of the 11 packs had lines/creases through multiple cards. 3 of the 5 promo cards were bent within the packaging badly as well. This quality just doesn’t make sense when buying a brand new product. Learned my lesson.

Pokemon Combined Powers EX

Product was damaged internally and the company doesn’t allow returns on trading cards. I’ll never purchase cards from Macy’s again personally, but I at least gave them a chance. Good luck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandson absolutely loves this set he’s only two and it is definitely safe for that age and you get a great value for your money. I love the packaging you can leave it this way if you would chooses to as a collectable.
