All wrong

Sent the wrong necklace and for it to cost as much as it did, it didn't even come in a box. It came in a bag all tangled up. Had to return it

It's a nice looking chain but there should be a better clasp. This clasp is so small and weak that it will most likely break if not very careful taking a shirt or sweater off.

Nice chain, poor packaging

The chain came mailed in a bubble mailer, but with very little protection other than that. I ordered in store but didn’t have the option to pick it up there - I was disappointed by the packaging for such a nice product.
