I like that it adjusts. I bought it because it was delicate looking. You are getting what you paid for. It is a good value for the price.

14K Gold Necklace Adjustable 16-20 inch box chain

Necklace arrived knotted and tangled in the box. I immediately returned it.

Very thin... not worth the money

I thought it would be a good idea for have a chain that was adjustable from 16" to 20" so I purchased this one for 200.00+. Fifteen days after the window for return closed, the clasp broke even before I could fasten it. Be aware this chain is very thin and extremely delicate. Now I have to pay for repairs to it if I wish to continue wearing it!

Gold standard Convenience

I love these adjustable gold chains from Macy's, in all three colors but especially the rose gold. The slide loosens up over time, I find I need to check every now and then to see if my pendant slipped, but the look and convenience makes this a completely worthwhile purchase.
