I received a used item!!!

Costway 1400W Multipurpose Handheld Steam Cleaner Steam Mop This item was received used. Beware if you decide to purchase this you may have to immediately return it. Im not satisfied with my purchase!

Do not buy

Stopped working the very first time I used it.

Great little appliance

This steamer has performed quite well. There is white tile with white grout in the bathroom and it always needs to be scrubbed with a brush on hands and knees. Not any more! The floor has never looked cleaner. I just blast the grout with steam and wipe up the moisture.
