Buyer BEWARE

Charged but never rec'd. Have chatted with Macy's twice and been told they are unable to refund or address as this item is supplied by a 3rd party. Have been working on this since partial shipment was rec'd (with photo documention from UPS). Macy"s states this item is from a 3rd party and only the 3rd party can address. Unfortunately, although the 3rd party did finally reach out asking for info / photos, which I supplied, still have not heard back from them. Will necessitate a 3rd attempt to reach out to Macy's for resolution. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Macy's and would advise others to drive to Home Depot and just pick up some hangers.
