Broke After Four Months

Don’t buy this umbrella. The plastic piece that holds the arm in place when the umbrella is raised broke in half after 4 months. Manufacturer said it was out of warranty and would not replace. Macys said it’s an issue for the manufacturer and did nothing to resolve. Just buy a better quality item from a reputable store instead.

THE PRODUCT DID NOT ARRIVE COMPLETE, I MADE THE RETURN ON 5/12/2023 AND TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND.

Solar umbrella

The umbrella is large and the solar lights work well. The turquoise color is beautiful!

poor quality and poor service

I have never met such a shopping platform, the service is extremely poor, I received the goods and found that the quality was not good, and immediately returned them. It has been almost 3 months since they received the goods, and the money still has not been returned to me.

Poor quality!

Lesser quality than what I had bought from Macy's six years ago. Large amount of plastic instead of metal. The umbrella moves around with the slightest breese. The lock down handle makes it one more step to raising and lowering the umbrella.

Haven't put it together yet. Waiting for nice weather. Have started putting sand in the base, which is very slow as the hole is very small.
