Broken zipper

I bought this dress and it came with the zipper broken. How could someone package it and send it out with the zip broken. I was so disappointed.

I thought I wore an 8 an ended up purchasing a 12, I think it runs small, it’s beautiful anyway

Pretty good

Cute dress but just kind of meh. The color, texture and shine are obvi great but it felt underwhelming in terms of shape and on my petite height. I got the size 6 based on the other review and I’m normally a 4, it was slightly too big so maybe the 4 would have been fine and more flattering.
