Smells

This raincoat has a strong odor that I cannot handle so returning. Also, I rcvd a great sales price however, the quality is not there in my opinion for orig price and in person do not like the black hardware. Takes away from the cute yellow raincoat appeal. Fits true to size. Size up if you want room.
