Ninja Instant Cooker most reliable meal maker

The Ninja instant cooker is reliable when I need a meal that can deliver meals without me standing over it to cook. Meals are cooked evenly and just right. Just set it and forget it for your most delicious meal.

Did not use until now...

I received the Ninja instant cooker a while back but due to living situation changes did not get a chance to use it right away. I own other Ninja products and they are great quality so certainly this instant cooker did not disappoint. I recommend it for it's easy to use, it comes with a wonderful set of instructions on how to operate properly and quick recipe booklet. It is somewhat on the larger side so it takes a bit of space on my kitchen counter but not a deal breaker.

Food stuck first time!

First time using this I made some slow cook chili, with in 5-10 min it had burnt to the bottom and exploded all over my kitchen! I own 6 other ninja products I have been buying their stuff for years, was very sad to have this happen.

Piece of Junk

This cooker is a huge piece of junk. Everything made in it was always overcooked. Clean up is ridiculous. As far as saving time, it actually takes longer. It is not a set and forget as advertised.

If you like consuming chips of ceramic...

I've enjoyed my ninja pressure cooker as it has worked well for about everything I've cooked with it. Unfortunately I'm getting concerned about how many chips the ceramic coding is taking. Ninja was good in replacing the container once for me (though the wait was several weeks), but with in a matter of 10 uses or so chips start to form. I only use wood utensils with it and never use a dishwasher only a non-metallic scrubber to clean the container.

Instant Cooker PC101 - Stopped cooking

I bought this mid 2019 and loved it! Used it probaby a dozen times and then it started to shut off when I was searing. I was in a pinch because company was coming over and I expected our roast to be done at it's usual fast time (1 hour). Now it shuts off during the pressure building time. UGH... bummed it's not working. I assume it's not fixable. Called and have to call back when the help desk system is back up and running.. I found this out after waiting 15 minutes on the phone. (another bummer). Good thing I started early today so I can cook our roast in the oven, it's form our son's birthday is today :( I want to give good reviews but it's broken and not a year old.
