Only worked for about 6 months...
Purchased for my son for Christmas this past year (2019). No longer works. Stuck on the "rich" brew and buttons don't work. Defective item and can no longer return. Only worked for about 6 months now it's trash!

Not the best
I didn’t like the ninja coffee maker it always had sediment in the bottom of your cup and the pot. If it sat any length of time it was like mud. I would not recommend this coffee maker especially if you’ve always used a kitchenaid. I will definitely go back to the kitchenaid

Excellent Coffee Maker
You definitely get what you pay for with this coffee maker, and will not be disappointed. The reusable filter was the main reason I chose this particular one, but the coffee it makes comes out delicious and perfect every time, no matter how many cups you make. A lot of thought went into the design of this product and it shows. Have recommended it to several people just in the short time owning it. Very please with this purchase!

We had the coffee maker for about two years. At first it was great, wonderful coffee. Then came the first time I had to clean it. Takes an hour to clean, then you have to time the clush cycle properly. If it comes on, you have 15 minutes to hit the button. If you miss it, then you will spend another hour through the clean cycle. Sometimes the clean cycle does not work, then you need to run the extended clean cycle, about four hours + the flush. Our came on with the clean light three days ago, so I ran the clean cycle, finally caught the flush and the light went off. Then made my coffee this am, the clean light came on again. Now the clean light stays on full time. So not real happy, going to have to buy another coffee maker, will defintely not be a Ninja. Such a shame, as the other Ninja products we own work perfectly.

Best coffee maker we had in the house for a while
Tired of the pod systems we turned to the Ninja to match the air fryer and blender we love so much...Great choice for a coffee maker..Very easy to program to wake up to fresh coffee automatically..Coffee brews nice and hot; the way we like it..

Awesome Coffee
Received this the other day. Set up was easy. The entire unit was put together and I just had to removed padding & tape. Included was a coffee scoop, permanent filter, water tank & carafe. If you prefer paper filters, it does state you can use #4 cone filters. Before using, they suggest you run 2 full carafes through the machine of plain water, which I did. This also comes with a little coffee scoop that can be attached to the side of the machine. I set up the clock, not difficult at all. This morning I brewed my first pot. I decided to do just 4 cups. When brewing, you turn the unit on. The water tank detaches & has cup lines clearly marked for measurement. Fill to the desired amount & then place it back on the unit. I then added my coffee to the filter. If you are doing 4 cups or less, select the Small Batch button, more than 4 cups and you do not select it. From there you can select "Classic" or "Rich" brew. The brewing has an interesting change from the typical coffee makers I have used. Rather than dripping down from the top of the pot, it drips into the top & then the coffee goes down a straw like device & out into the bottom of the pot. I'm not sure if this makes any difference but found it interesting. Once the coffee is done, the warming plate will stay on 2 hours but you can set it to stay on up to 4 hours. I can say it gets very hot and keeps the coffee hot. Had no issues with temperature, even after added creamer. The coffee itself did come out very rich & flavorful & I was very happy with that! There is also a mid brew pause so you can grab a cup while it is still brewing. Everything feels sturdy, the carafe is a very nice quality & nothing feels flimsy. I expect this to hold up with use. Overall, I have no complaints at all! Very pleased with the ease of use & then quality of the brew. It doesn't take up much more space than my old Mr. Coffee did either. Really happy with this!!

Nice Coffee Maker!
I have been using this coffee maker for several weeks and it does make great coffee. Previously I had an expensive European brand and I think the Ninja coffee is just as good. I like the fact that it is programmable so I can have coffee ready in the morning when I get up. The only complaint I have is it is big. It takes up a lot of counter space.
