I have had 2 of these air fryers. Bothe completly stopped turning on. I had to beg for the first replacement. We figured we got a lemon. Well, it happened again. The same exact thing. Spoke with people in the live chat and they can't help either. I asked if the products are supposed to last more than a year and the person basically said no. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Buy a Ninja or another product line!!!!

7.25qt Brio
I bought this air fryer a year ago thinking it was big enough for 2 people. It is not unless you cook in batches which defeats the purpose for me. However, I do love my Brio 7.25 at air fryer. The only downside is there is no basket for it and things do tend to fall down onto the air circulation riser. Perfect for 1 person

The ultra snack machine
I bought this item last year and it’s been good to me. Lately it’s been alerting me that the door is open although it’s closed, I don’t know why. I think that after so long it gets kind of worn out. I’m planning to buy a newer air fryer with a glass door… I’m in assumption that after so many uses, the plastic may begin to melt therefore causing the door sensor to not be as affective. I use my air fryer just about everyday, especially on fried chicken days.. I enjoy not using oil and the less mess to clean. I wish there was a better way to clean them such as, pour water and letting it boil the residue out. I would recommend this specific item to children, teenagers and college kids. An all time cook wouldn’t be able to use this item all the time. And the pricing is equivalent to the performance…

Great for cooking food but the timer never works
Great for cooking food but the timer never works. I would give it five stars if it didn’t always stay on preheat. And since it’s always saying preheating, the timer is useless. It never counts down. So I had to set my own timer while it’s cooking. But it does cook, and the rotisserie function is nice.

Prepper's Must Have Appliances!!!
I've owned NuWave cookers for 2 decades or so. I've had 2 original ovens and then got the Brio Grill, which I love! I now have the 6QT air-fryer, well that is a game changer. It cooks everything so well and quickly! It's super easy to program, use and clean! It's as EZ as 'ABC123'! I like the portability of all my NuWave appliances which include, Brio Grill, 6 QT Nutri Pot & 6 QT Air-fryer!!
