My vacumm is a lemon

I believe this item to be very disappointing. This vacuum stopped working a month after return deadline. It is no longer picking up anything and was never good since the beginning. What she I had sent it back. Very disappointed

Great Vacuum! No regrets

This is the best lightweight cordless vacuum! I have had it for several months and it holds a the charge for a long time, has good power (for what I need it for - house with no kids and no pets). Easy to just grab for a quick spill (picked up an entire package of slivered almonds with no issues). I would recommend this to others. Love it.

Worst vacuum ever

Terrible vacuum. Won't pick up anything, have to go over the same spot 10x and still doesn't pick up even dog hair or dust. When you stop it or pick it up, a pile of dirt just falls out.

Gets clogged all the time

It gets clogged in all parts of the vacuum, and is useless. the head, the tube, and the handle/collection area. It is useless!!

First impressions lie.

Worked well for the first 3 weeks then slowly became so irritating to use. It has no power you need to constantly clean in order to work ok. Do not purchase this vacuum if you like to get your daily cleaning done with. My return period expired I will try to see about a warranty but this will be the last time I buy a vacuum from macys the return period is too short.

Not worth it

I have used this vacuum four times and it is already not working correctly. It spits out everything that I pick up. So frustrating. I’m hoping to return it.
