We have had this wonderful vacuum cleaner for a while, I love it because it has a super motor, a super suction power, I love it, its flexible hose and its accessories I love it, I highly recommend it, it is very easy to clean and use, its filters are easy to clean

Waste of money.

You can even get a replacement hose for it because it cracks and breaks so fast it makes your head spin. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to find the hose with the attachment because it’s all glued together and it’s infuriating that I can not replace this cheaply made part it’s ridiculous. Do not bother with this vacuum.

It's been a great vacuum.

I have had this vaccumm for over 3 years now and i have to say it's the best vaccum i have had. Suction it's still very strong. I just ordered the filter kits since they started to rip. The vacuum does kind of a grinding noise in the roller area but it still works. I suspect it's probably a bearing. other than that I have been very happy with this product. periodically, I do clean the roller, remove the excess hair, wash the filters, and the dirt canister. Great work Shark!

Excellent suction

I purchased this vacuum about 5 years ago and it works so much better than vacuums I purchased 6 months ago. It is picking up dust and debris that my other vacuums (including newer shark vacuums) have not picked up. Heck, I purchased a shark vacuum a few months ago and it already stopped working while the Rotator is still going strong.

Very Happy with my purchase

I am very happy with this Vacuum. I had an "expensive German one" for many years, but I like this one so much more. Versatile, strong, light weight.

Ugh

Used one time and it got clogged and stopped working in no brush mode. Major disappointment. Not made as nice as the previous version.
