I bought and used this car seat for my infant from day one. Even on day one with the infant insert, my baby would slump down, his head would hang to the side and his body would curve in the seat. My baby fit the weight recs but I felt that he was very unsupported. He would also cry every time He was in the car seat. We ended up purchasing a brand new infant car seat from another company a few weeks later and his fit in the new car seat is much more snug and supported and my baby hardly cries in it. His head is never slumped over and his body stays in alignment.

Not washer safe.
We bought this car seat in 2021, we just had our baby in Feb. 2023 and I’ve had to machine wash it a handful of times. And the fabric right about the chest straps completely ripped and there’s not replacement for it. I would opt for a different car seat. Especially if you wash things.. for the price and considering there’s no replacement it’s not worth the money.

Just okay
We’ve been using the seats for almost two months. I have twins and ordered two of them, one didn’t come with the shoulder pads. The canopy bothers me the most because it’s Velcro and the fit is so tight that it’s constantly coming undone on one side, and very hard to pull down and reattach. There’s a lack of support for newborns but we’ve managed by using a blanket on each side to support their heads. We Would’ve gone with a different car seat just to have a better canopy that’s not so hard to use or keep attached.

Rethread strap catches on the back and is really hard to secure baby properly without turning it around. Really wanted higher end seat but needed the base this came with. Really wish you could purchase bases and seats separately. Otherwise, it is way to install, seems comfortable for baby once secure, sturdy and not concerned about safety.

Old vs New
I love this car seat, but I wish it had a better head brace like the old models. The current one doesn’t seem to do much and is very flimsy.

Great car seat
The car seat is Lightweight and base is easy to install. I love how easy it is to take car seat in and out of the car thanks to the base click technically. This is our second Graco snugride snuglock 35 car seat because we loved our first one so much.

amazing
i got this car seat for my baby that was born may 19th 2022. on 8/3/22 we got into a pretty bad car accident. the only thing my baby got from it was a tiny tiny scratch on her finger. i will only use this car seat from now on. THANK YOU GRACO.

Hard to tighten straps!!!!
I bought this for my baby who is currently 5 months old. The installation is easy which is nice. But I can’t tighten the straps easily to fit him properly (when he’s in the car seat). It is not a fun thing to use all your strength to tighten straps after just giving birth. I even have to step on the car seat and use my whole body to pull the strap to tighten it.. i have checked multiple times to see if maybe I installed the straps wrong but I have not. Not very happy overall.
