glasses broken during shipment

The shipment came half broken. The customer service was great, but it was disappointing and just unnecessary hassle to have to report it, get a refund, and reorder.

Missing and broken pieces.

The package was missing two of the plastic lids and a third was broken in pieces. It was immediately returned and I bought Corning Ware in it's place.
