Delivered broken!

Dish sounds like it’s in pieces without opening the box.

Disappointed

Arrived smashed and broken. Very skimpy packing. Would buy in person and not use Macy’s shipping. Never got to use.

Two arrived broken

Ordered one dish to be shipped to the store. It appeared to be packaged well, but the handles were shattered. They ordered me a replacement to be shipped to my home. It was also welll packaged in lots of bubble wrap and taped up well, but shattered even more. I won’t be ordering another and now it’s going to take 10 days for my money to be refunded. :(

Received broken

This casserole dish was received shattered in numerous pieces. If you read previous reviews for this and other corningware, Macys has a serious problem with packing fragile items. I received this bowl wrapped in a thin layer of bubblewrap, in a box 3 times too large, with a box of heavy pyrex glass bowls also inside. Both items would have rolled around inside this huge box, and the glass bowls being heavier, smashed the corningware dish. They should never have been put inside a large box like this without additional packing material! Have ordered another to be sent to local store so I can exchange.
