This mop drives me absolutely nuts. I expected so much better from Shark. Whoever designed this should be canned. You can’t hang it in your closet like you do your brooms and other cleaning things. The handle is the wrong way so you have to just sit it on the floor somewhere in your closet or wherever.. The stream also does not come out evenly on the floor. If my lights aren’t turned on bright enough I will miss half the floor. I will mop and area and turn at a different angle and there is a sometimes a thin wet stripe down the floor and nothing else has been touched on either side. So I have to do it again and it takes more time out of my day. I never see steam, I just hear it. This may or may not be normal, I dunno. Don’t waste your money on this one. Just buy a higher quality and model or just use a different brand.

Love it.
I LOVE my Shark floor steamer. I'm a bona fide "clean freak", and this keeps me happy. I would do an infomercial for this steamer if asked :) I use it at least weekly on wood, tile, and sealed concrete floors. Best floor cleaning product I've ever used, and wish I had gone this route years ago. Way more efficient than a mop and a bucket of water, and cleans more deeply too. Sweep your floor, then get down to business with this steamer. Extra long cord is perfect.

Doesn't clean that well the product doesn't do better than a simple swiffer. I was disappointed. The pads are washable
My Shark
I am loving this new shark . I have always use steam mops due to the wood floors and my animals . This mop really does a great job it was well worth the purchase . I have always wanted a shark finally I made the purchase well worth it . Thank you for having it on sale when I needed it .

really efficeint
soooo easy to use. quick set up toss dirty pad in the washer. i air dry mine. steams up quickly and cleans my hardwood and ceramic beautifully. totally reccomend
Best Purchase Ever
I hated mopping because of having to use chemicals to mop. I bought this and I love it. I do not have to use Chemicals anymore and love how this is so simple to use and glad that it came with two extra mop heads. I would recommend this product. I had it put together in less than a minute. I do not mind mopping now
