Best Thing Ever

I love this item. I first brought this item from here about 3 years ago. Best thing. It straightens perfectly & gets very hot. Unfortunately my dog got to it and chewed the cord and when I went to use it I was devastated. So first thing I did was hope Macys still had the same one and they did. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Works great but…

Got this for my mother and she absolutely loved it. Said it lasted all day and straightened her hair quickly. It was a great product but after a few uses the connection to the cable became faulty, it will turn on and off on its own no matter how you hold it.

Does not straighten hair

This thing was a a joke. This brush doesn’t actually brush and my hair got stuck in it! Do not purchase I bought it based on the good reviews but I think they are fake

Good Buy

Works great! I followed the directions and my hair looked like I had it done in a salon. Great price too. For me it seems a little gentler than a flat iron
