Shiny hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this flat iron, giving it 4 stars, only because it is slightly confusing setting it to high heat & the buttons can be easily done resend when curling your hair on the curling setting.

Hard to understand use instructions

Wish there were better user instructions…it’s very confusing. I have even looked on-line and there isn’t any better user information. I don’t understand how to activate the texture feature…and the instructions are lousy. Other than that it seems to work but I’d love to know exactly how to use this iron.
