Makes great coffee but…

Makes a great cup of coffee. The only complaint I have is that the machine needs to be cleaned after every three cups of brewing. The water reserve and grounds container fills up quickly. It is a bit of an inconvenience.

awful product

infuser keeps getting stuck. have taken it for repairs 3 times in one year. plastic cup holder broke off.

Support is awful

Had it for 6 weeks, worked great. Then it died. I tried multiple outlets but it was dead. Even though I had registered my product online, it took another week for support to "verify" I legit bought it from the website and then required me to produce a video proving I wasn't lying about the problem. Then they decided I needed to ship my broken machine back to them to fix. AWESOME. All of this time I had to figure out how to make coffee without the very expensive machine that I bought. So they sent the box I needed to ship it in after 10 days, but they FORGOT TO INCLUDE A PACKING SLIP. The machine was great when it was working but support has been horrible. So I guess I am waiting for them to send me a packing slip now? I am going on a month without any forward movement.

Delicious coffee!

Delicious coffee, I love the by pass for pre ground coffee because I drink decaf and my husband has caf ( the beans). Wish the little red receptacle was bigger (inside the machine) it fills faster than the coffee ground receptacle. Excellent overall, it must be cleaned once a day for sure!

Effective and easy on the eyes

The right coffee machine for the right coffee bean

I purchased this model nearly a year ago. The settings allow for any strength of coffee you may want. I had to go through several different blends of coffee before I found my ideal. A a matter of routine, I clean the machine out when the reservoir is low. If you are expecting a one-cup K-cup type design, it is not.This is a real coffee machine that makes real coffee by the cup from fresh ground coffee beans. Only drawback is the loud grinding of the coffee. But you get a great tasting cup from it.

Amazing coffee with so much versatility

I absolutely LOVE this machine! Such versatility and amazing coffee every time. I love the ability to use beans or ground coffee, as I will drink one cup caffeinated with fresh beans then a second cup of ground decaf. The daily clean up was frustrating at first but it’s 100% worth it. Takes me about 4 minutes to clean daily now. Again, totally worth it. Don’t think about it anymore, just buy it. You’ll love it, too. I’m actually thinking about buying a second one so I have it when my current one decides to die.
