GOOD CONCEPT, BAD EXECUTION

After reading the 5 star reviews on this product and needing a new hot brush, I thought I would give this one a try since it was cordless (a nice feature). I charged it when it arrived. I used it on my hair approximately 4 to 5 times (just my bangs) and then it had no charge. When I tried to charge it, the connection metal piece of the cord fell off. So the device was unusable. Just awful. Plus, I would say it was defective from the beginning regarding temperature. I have fine hair so I put the temp at 350 degrees and it never got that hot. Waste of money. Had to return.

Disappointed

Not happy at all. Brush takes too long to heat up and when it does, it does not get hot enough.
