Defect in brush connection breaks easily

Frustrated. Love this tool, but the defect of the brush attachment flying off has cost me the both brushes and a 45 replacement. They break the connector and now it is useless. I am a professional hair stylist and use this at home. I have also purchased one for my daughter and use that one at her home and this problem has not happened with her tool. I have stopped recommending to clients because of this problem. I have always loved the results from this tool , that would be a five star. So it saddens to have to find another brand

Bad bruh attachment

The brush attachments are incredibly flimsy and hard to work with, it would easily detach and fall so now they have both broken and I need to get a replacement but I don’t want to put money into a product that will break easily again :((

So far so GOOD!

I only gave a 4 because I haven't used the paddle brush yet. Just bought this last week. So far I have used the round brush and really liked it. It's just the right size . I ESPECIALLY like the bristles they are soft and my hair didn't get tangled like the other ones I bought and were disappointed with.

Beware of delicate locking system

I have had this brush for a few years, and at first i loved it. I have now had to replace the round brush head 3 times as it keeps breaking/cracking. I see this now is a common issue. I will be searching for a replacement with another product as replacing the head for the 4th time seems worthless.

Good But Didn’t Last

I really like the results from the air brush duo, but there were a few issues. The positive: being able to change out the heads and it gave a great blown out look. The negative: Sometimes as I was using it I would hit the release button for the head. The it fell off as I was using it a few times. If there was a way to lock it that would help. The biggest problem…it only lasted about a year. The heat settings recently stopped working. No matter what heat setting I turn it to, speed or even turning on the cool shot, it’s lukewarm. For the price I expected it to last much longer.

Not great

I like the look and feel of this brush, but it does not do a good drying job, nor does it hold any style. Also flows my flyaways making my hair look frizzy. I use it because I am not going to buy another but for price it should work so much better.
