New widow, starting over from scratch. Have to buy all new furniture and all new appliances for my new, very small apartment. I have only had it for a couple weeks, and one of those weeks I was traveling BUT I love this toaster so far. I mostly have used it for bagels in the morning but I have reheated leftover pizza on the over setting and made corndogs as well. It does a really good job and it doesn't take up a lot of counter space for me which is ideal because as I said, I have a very small kitchen in a very small apartment. I definitely recommend to anyone in a small place that needs both a toaster and a toaster oven but doesn't have the room.

Avocado toast and pizza
We love the versatility of this. I love that it's a toaster, which makes my toast and bagels perfect everytime, then flips down into a toaster oven. It's stores away really well. Not bulky at all. Love it!

Fantastic piece of kit
Fantastic piece of kit! Was looking to replace my toaster and came across this item. Took the plunge and never looked back. Brilliant design, 2 in 1 design and appears to be more efficient. Nice solid metal design which should make it last too.

New design ideas
I trust the brand and I hope this toaster will last long time, Hopefully the next model will have 4 slices because 2 slice is inconvenient when I am accustomed to 4 slices but not big deal. However the lowest setting is 1 for browning and that seems to toast it too much for some folks that do not like bread too dark. Lower setting perhaps? or manual way to dial back under 1 setting.I would like this model to be redesigned to include the above. Great concept for including toaster oven included with just one flip.

Stops working, settings keep looping
Worked fine for months, but has a control malfunction. The setting keeps changing in a loop and unplugging it doesn't seem to help. Tried jostling the control knobs in case their stuck changing the setting, but we have been very careful with it so any malfunction would be more likely a defect.

My only regret is that I didn’t take time to explore a little more. I did not realize there was a bigger model!
