Quality could be better
Powerful. Only issues is that after one wash with a normal sponge and the plastic container was horribly scratched. Never had this issue with older model. Very disappointed I. Quality of plastic.

Broke
Bottom part just came off. Blender is used once or twice a week for smoothies. I couldn’t even use the other accessories.

DO NOT BUY unless you are Superman
I have a lot of shark products from vacuums to air fryer. This very expensive blender/food processor is the worst. I'll start with the blender cup. I make protein shakes and smoothies all the time or at least I use to. it is almost impossible to get the lid on and off. Trying to get the lid on on tight enough so it doesn't leak when blending, it crazy hard, then once you get it on, trying to take it off you have to be superman. Most of the time I have to wait until my husband is home for him to try and get the top off, and he even has to use a jar grip, I have to hold the bottom while he turns the top. crazy right. Then once you clean it, there is always a foul smell in the lid that you have to actually soak about an hour before you actually wash it. Now on to the food processing part. I use it a lot when I shred cheese, the cheese it's caught up in the corners of the lid, that I have to get something to "dig" it out. Then when it's time to clean it, if that's what you want to call it, no matter if you hand wash or place it in the dishwasher water stays inside the lids and the pitcher, so I have to figure out how to prop it just right on the counter for the water to drain completely, otherwise the water still stay and cause bacteria growth. Very poor design for such a pricey appliance. So unless you are superman, the Rock, or the Hulk, or married to one of them, don't buy it. I hope my review will help someone.
