Broken

Before i could open the plastic wrap, i noticed the plastic lid was broken.

Disappointed!!

They were a gift, didn’t come in a box, and covers were cracked!!! Poorly made & shipped!!!!

Broken

I was very excited to use them and they were on a good deal but when I opened the package, before I even open the plastic wrap, I heard the shattered glass moving inside of it. Very disappointed but was expected! The package didn’t have “Fragile” label on it and the packaging was not steady and part of it was ripped already by the time it arrived. In addition, it came a day late.

Arrived Broken

I give one star because it was poorly packaged, arrived broken, and was then difficult for me to return. So my one star is for Macy’s, not the Pyrex.

Arrived broken, refunded.

Arrived broken both glass and plastic, no padding. This was sent as a gift. ( so embarrassing). Called and refund process was very efficient.

Came broken

It arrived with cracked lids. I called the Macys customer service as soon as I opened the box and was supposed to get an email 24 to 48 hours. This is 5 days later and nothing. This is the first time I have ever received anything broken from macys
