Purchase in a single transaction at Macy’s or macys.com. Excludes all items eligible for VIP Sale. Excludes all: DIOR Prestige, Clinique, Lauder and Lancome purchase with purchase, Macy’s Wine Shop, Burberry Men’s and Women’s, Longchamp Men’s & Women’s, POLO Women’s Sportswear, Sunglass Hut, LIDS, Fanatics, Finish Line, LensCrafters, Marella, Polo Bedding & Bath, CHANEL Beauty, and Guerlain (HSQ only). Excludes Macy’s Backstage and Macy’s Clearance store. Bonus points are awarded based on spend after discounts and adjustments. You must check out as a Star Rewards member to earn points. Macy’s cardholders who do not pay with their Macy’s card will not earn points on macys.com purchases unless they link their Star Rewards loyalty account to their macys.com account.  Macy’s cardholders will not earn points on a purchase if paying with a virtual wallet other than Macy’s Pay. Star Rewards members who present a Macy’s Credit Card at point of sale but choose to pay with a different form of tender, including payment with a Macy’s Credit Card in a virtual wallet other than a Macy's Pay, will earn points at the Bronze status rate. Bonus points are not earned: on Macy's Gift Cards, services (e.g., subscription services, restaurants, salon services, alterations, etc.), fees, or sales tax; at Macy’s Backstage; in any department that doesn’t use a Macy’s point of sale register; or when redeeming Star Money, Macy’s Gift Cards, or Macy's Money. Every time 1,000 points are accumulated, a $10 Star Money reward will be issued. Star Money rewards may be used to purchase merchandise at Macy's but can't be exchanged for cash or used: to purchase Macy's Gift Cards; for services (e.g., subscription services, restaurants, salon services, alterations, etc.); in any department that doesn't use a Macy's point of sale register; for any purchase that will be shipped outside the U.S.; or as payment on any credit account. To redeem a Star Money reward on orders of furniture and mattresses on macys.com, you must call Macy’s Customer Service. Star Money may not be redeemed when paying with a Macy’s Credit Card in a Macy’s store if you use an electronic wallet other than Macy’s Pay.
