How to Measure for a Suit
Over arm: With your arms at your side, measure around the broadest part of shoulder and upper arms.
Chest: Measure around your upper body, underneath arms and over the fullest part of chest and shoulder blades.
Waist: Find your natural waist. Measure at this point, keeping the tape comfortably loose around your waist.
Inseam: Measure from crotch seam to hem.
