Where can I meet Santa this year?
Santa is ready to see you, friends, or family again at Santaland in New York and Chicago. New for 2025: we’re adding Macy’s Santa in Houston, and “The Macy’s Santa Tour” traveling across the nation making stops in select cities.
When does Santa begin greeting visitors?
Chicago Santaland at Macy’s State Street opens Saturday, November 1. New York Santaland at Macy’s Herald Square and Houston Santa at Macy’s Memorial City open Friday, November 28. “The Macy’s Santa Tour” first stop is on Saturday, November 29.
Do I need a reservation to visit?
Yes. Reservations are required to visit our Holiday Celebrations. Chicago reservations will open Monday, October 27, ahead of opening on November 1. New York reservations will open Sunday, November 23, ahead of opening on Friday, November 28. Houston reservations will open Sunday, November 23, ahead of opening on Friday, November 28. Reservations open each day at 6:30 am local time and can be made up to six days in advance. Please note: your reservation time slot is to join the line to enter the attraction. “The Macy’s Santa Tour” locations will be announced on Monday, November 10, and reservations for the tour open on Sunday, November 23.
How do I get a photo with Santa?
Please note: a reservation is required. We will attempt to accommodate walk-ups, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Photos will be available for purchase after your visit to the Chicago, New York, and Houston locations and packages start at $39.99. “The Macy’s Santa Tour” will have selfie photo op opportunities. More details to come.
Do you accommodate people with special needs?
We make every effort to ensure Santa is accessible to all visitors. If you require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please email your local holiday attraction on the Macy’s Holiday Celebrations website once reservations are open.
May I bring my pet to see Santa?
Generally, pets are not permitted with Santa, however, we do allow service animals. We ask that the service animal does not sit on Santa but close to the person they are servicing.
